ATM Update
Cyclone Yasi Affected ATMs
A number of ATMs in the North Queeensland area are currently unavailable due to no power. We hope to have these ATMs available as soon as possible.
Fees Waived on ATMs in Flood Affected Areas
Suncorp Bank customers in flood-affected areas of Southern Queensland will not be charged fees for using other banks' ATMs. Customers of other financial institutions will also not be charged for using Suncorp Bank ATMs in Southern Queensland. This will be in place until February 11.
Affected ATM locations
Most Suncorp Bank ATMs are now fully operational although a small number of ATMs are still unavailable throughout QLD. We are working to restore these ATMs as a matter of urgency. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Remember you can use any bank's ATM in a Southern Queensland without any usage fees. If you’re shopping, use EFTPOS to get cash out.
