In an industry first, Suncorp Bank has launched its new online process for submitting small business lending, allowing brokers to electronically lodge applications via NextGen.Net’s ‘ApplyOnline’ system.
Increased efficiencies, faster turnaround times and improved functionality are just some of the ways the new user-friendly process will support and strengthen the broker-customer experience and relationship.
National Small Business Manager Robynne Frost said the new process was great news for brokers and just one of the many ways Suncorp Bank is supporting them as they diversify into small business lending.
“Suncorp Bank is committed to investing in technology to improve the lending experience for brokers and their customers,” Ms Frost said.
“The addition of small business lodgement through ApplyOnline enables brokers to easily transition from home loans to small business with a streamlined ‘combination’ application.
